The Holidays

This was the first Christmas Shea and I celebrated in our own place.

I like to decorate.

Every Christmas prior to this year, I have spent the whole day at my parents and grandparents' house. This year, Shea and I had our first little private Christmas at the apartment. It was really amazing. We then drove to my parents for the rest of the day. I don't have as many pictures as I'd like, so I'll just post a few of my favorites. 

Shea and I were lucky enough to get to spend New Years in Colorado with his family. It was very relaxing and just gorgeous. I really enjoyed getting to know his family better. 

About Me

My name is Alyssa Mae Smudzin. I was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in the town of LeRoy, NY.  I'm currently enrolled at the University of Rochester. My first two years I studied neuroscience, with plans to minor in art. In the beginning of my junior year, I decided to drop the neuroscience major and pursue something I was truly passionate about. I am now a studio arts major. I live in Rochester with my boyfriend of over two years, Shea. We have two cats, Sage and Ginger.  I like to make things, and some day would like to try out photography, so I'm saving up for a nice camera.
